About the Owner


Originally opened in 2012, U Pie & Lobster Company has reopened in a larger space across the street with an expanded pizza pie menu and seafood bar. 

Charles Hamade has been a local restaurateur for nearly thirty years:

  •       Bennies, in NYC and LA, served mediterranean  fare
  •       Aja, in New York City's Flatiron district, served pan asian cuisine
  •       Wild Ginger, in Englewood, NJ,  served Japanese cuisine
  •       Bushido Bar in Cliffside park, served Japanese cuisine.
